• End-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensuring candidate attendance in interviews, offer negotiation, timely joining, and retention completion.

• Building the organization in terms of client base and client delivery services to develop the organization as a profit/revenue generation Centre.

• Achieving the target of joining.

• Own the delivery of recruitment projects allocated.

• Recruitment, Training & Development of Recruiters.

• Exp on portals/recruitment process.

• Ensure timely closure of positions.
